If you cannot come to the auction you can still bid - simply fill out an Absentee Bidder Sheet and mail it to Leslie Romer at the address on the form.

Share your talents, your time, your toys (cabin, pool, yacht . . ) your handcrafted items or your stuff (pristinely used or absolutely antique) with the greater congregation. At the same time you’ll help to ensure our financial solvency! And if you plan to offer an event (party, dinner, outing, etc.) please consider selecting a date as well, so folks can arrange their social calendars in advance.

Don’t delay! Prompt response means less stress for our Auction Team. We want to focus on a fabulous evening to wrap around the silent and live auctions. Submitting your donation form online at www.olyuu.org also makes our work much easier!

So mark your calendars for Saturday, March 29 for a gala event in the company of your UU community! Tickets are $25 each and sales begin on Sunday, February 10. We can accommodate only 130 diners at the Thurston County Expo Center, so plan to get your tickets early. Children are welcome to attend, however they must have their own ticket as we will be unable to provide childcare.
